This issue was reported by a neighbor of the people living at 7228 Columbus Road in Lizella.
They have have 2 dogs, a husky and a mix, looks like pit, lab rotweiler mix. They have the dogs tied to trees and do not have dog houses or any access to any kind of shelter. It seems they never keep water or food for them. Husky climbs her moms fence and get hung up by the short lead. My brother has to go next door and tempt him with food to climb back to his own yard. They have a pen, but the dogs dig out of it so they dont use it. My mom did not want to say anything, because she does not want problems with her new neighbors. Although they are aware of the dogs getting out, Is there anything that you can do to help? The address is 7228 Columbus rd. It is the gray house beside my moms white house. Thanks.
