Hi, we're sorry about this issue. The goal of street cleaning is to remove trash and harmful debris from entering the stormwater catch basins. Furthermore, the goal is minimize the amount of leaves entering the catch basins. Unfortunately, the system isn't perfect at collecting all leaves because of how leaves are compacted into the asphalt. But, so long as street sweepers collect 99% of debris, we are satisfied. Thus, we have determined this street was satisfactorily cleaned.

Well as long as “we’re satisfied “ with that then we all should be!
