Description

This city tree is increasingly lifting up the concrete areas near the base, especially across the middle of my driveway. It could cause Someone to trip as they walk up to my address. I was told that this same tree has been reported to the city twice, once in 2007 and again in 2017. We bought the house mid 2017. Thanks for any help you can provide.
