It's almost as if the light is turned the wrong way on the pole. It should be only visible for the Lake Road traffic. Instead if you're east bound on Weymouth you have an overhead red light but when you look to your left, you see a green light. There have been fatalities at that intersection which is why lights were installed. DOT needs to take another look!
