Description

601 Jean st contains an expired elevator license, old construction scaffolding and debris are scattered around property, electrical wiring is unsafe due to exposed conduits within garage, exterior stairways contain handrails with visible signs of rust, balcony are cracking/showing rust. Door to elevator lobby does not meet ADA pull force requirement.
