Unable to view image that is attached. Need better description of location of "stairs".

In the middle of the Minsi Trail Bridge is a stairwell between the sidewalk on the bridge and the Lehigh Canal towpath between the canal and the river. The graffiti is at the bottom of the five flights of stairs. The City has been doing a very good job lately of painting over this constant graffiti problem. Perhaps we should give it some thought how we might catch the people doing the graffiti.

We need a new garbage container under these stairs also. Thanks Nan.

What? No EXTRA paperwork needs to be filed for this? This can actually be attended to directly but a missing brick in a sidewalk (SAFETY issue) needs to have a redundant filing! Explain Nanette. My city of 55 years sometimes embarrasses me by its abject backwardness.
