Utility holes drilled on NEWLY repaved street were filled >1yr ago. They were not filled correctly now fill with water/created potholes.
The street WAS in perfect condition due to EBMUD related repaving prior to utility bore holes being dug.
Further down the road (Hermosa Ave) are metal plates covering holes that never got refilled.
Utility needs to fix this - city oversight of these needs to be addressed. Someone isnt doing their job if >1 year passes and metal plates sit on the ground holes not correctly fixed.

With limited funding, our response to resurfacing requests is limited to minor pavement and pothole repairs only. Our Street Maintenance Department will assess your street and determine whether temporary measures might be appropriate.
