Description
This area has been flooded like this for almost two months. The water now has a fowl smell and it has started to linger throughout the block. A truck came out a little over a month ago and cleaned two sewer accesses up the block but neglected this one. I have cleared the leaves from the area and there is no trash build up covering the drain.
