Issue is still unresolved. Very very dangerous. It seems the current solution has been to place safety cones near the hole. This is not a permanent or safe option.
I thought it was fixed via concrete filling. However, when a car drove over the manhole, the concrete CAP moved. It's just a cement cap that doesn't stay in place! They put on a hat basically.
This is probably a bit more dangerous now as people are no longer avoiding the hole and have no idea that the cover moves out of place when they drive over it.
Re opening issue. Please provide a permanent solution.
