I live in unit 307L from last February he has got it his condo and is still working on it the noise is awful. He did not get a permit from February to May 2020 from Century Village. Had one in June that expired by September. He has been working September October and November now without a permit and he has gotten his condo unit. The building Director next-door came and told him he needs a permit and he still does not have one. Doesn’t code compliance tell them they need a permit.
