Correct me if I am wrong but I thought the county guidelines was no more then 3 different households at a gathering. My neighbor across the street has loud music the whole block can hear and a massive party through an amp and speaking through microphone. This is an all the time thing and yes I have called the non emergency police number and they turned down their music for about 20 minutes after that. And back and loud as ever after that. I am not going to keep calling. Can't this address just be cited with a ticket for this? This is crazy. Large gathering all the time and loud loud music.
