Description
There is a homeless encampment that has developed here. There is trash all over the place and now someone just broke the window of a car that they are parked next to. Please come and move them. You moved the huge encampment down the street, so please move this one as well. Before rats and stuff start visiting other peoples property.

This disproportionate burden of environmental degradation is called zip code discrimination.
Dear Mayor,
It is not good for one's well being to be constantly subjected to piles of garbage, filth, graffiti, homelessness, human feces, hypodermic needles. You have the power to help to improve people’s quality of life/their mental health by using laws, regulations, and codes already in place that if they were enforced would help to do that.
Please write to the Mayor officeofthemayor@oaklandnet.com
lschaaf@oaklandca.gov.
The more people that write the more she may understand that ZIP CODE DISCRIMINATION is no longer acceptable in Oakland.
