It is so unnecessary and costly as well as ridiculously sad on so many levels. BLM flags and signs are already flying and posted in Tattnall Square by residents etc. There is no need to deface the public places that mean so much to the residents of Macon.

If you remove it, they will just do more. It looks like chalk by the way. I doubt if many people will care about it. It's the people's park and there needs to be a city wide vote on it. It looks like chalk so why didn't the person posting this not just pour water on it. They need to encourage people to use chalk only when writing messages.
