Description

Traffic light pattern is way off at the Northwinds Pkwy and Haynes Bridge Rd traffic light. Normally, traffic on Haynes bridge would rarely hit red light unless there's cars/traffic waiting from Northwind or Lakeview pkwy. Nowaday, the light for Haynes Bridge traffic would turn red all the time causing backup on Haynes bridge heading to Ga 400 entry ramp. Seem like the setting for primary traffic pattern is switch from Haynes Bridge to Northwind pkwy causing traffic to backup on Haynes Bridge at this light constantly.
