Description

Small dog has been barking/whining all night from the backyard and driveway of 46 Knoll Rd. I don't know how the owners haven't heard it as I can hear it inside my own house and I'm several hundred yards away. I don't care about the noise, I'm just concerned that the poor thing apparently has no shelter and it's 24 degrees outside.
