FPL truck was still parked in front of the house! Can CODE Enforcement please address this problem and if not please give a reason why this resident is allowed to park his FPL truck at his house while other residents are not?!

FPL has lots where they can keep the trucks - This resident REFUSES -- City apparently refuses to do anything - laws and regulations are apparently NOT FOR EVERYONE - and city has not responded to the taxpayers regarding this violation - WHY?

I don’t think code enforcement has ever addressed this violation- resident has been parking the truck at his house for months-
