HOMELESS MAN JUST MOVED 14 SUITCASES PLUS MORE GARBAGE AND IS OBSTRUCTING SIDEWALK IN FRONT OF OUR BUSINESS. HE IS HARRASSING OUR CUSTOMERS AND OTHER PEOPLE TRYING TO WALK PAST
