On Rutherford Ave right in front of the college there is a tunnel leading towards Boston. Also, you can bear to the right to get off Rutherford to go to Gilmore Bridge. There is a cement piece between them with no barrier.I recently went by there and a car hit it and was totalled. Someone must have gotten hurt or killed.Additionally compounding the problem none of the streetlights are working.A barrier either sand in round drums , or some type of collapsing barriers should be put there. This is extremely dangerous and adding these will surely save people.
