Description

There has been a surge of cars parking for days/weeks on 37th st, without a residential permit. There are so many cars parked here now that the residence of this neighborhood are forced to park a few blocks away. Not sure why parking enforcement is not ticketing people, and making sure that the people who actually paid for a parking permit - are getting their spots. There are several cars that covered in ash and have no been used in weeks - when do they become abandoned under civil codes? I paid for this permit so I could park on my street, and would like my city to help enforce this.
