Description

A retaining wall collapses and severly damages 12 vehicles at The Beacon Mill Village, a residential apartment complex in Beacon Falls, CT. The management company who also owns multiple properties in Stamford, fails to assume liability for the failure of the collapsed wall. When asked what is being done to repair the damaged vehicles, the management company responds "It is an act of God, it is not our responsibiliy and can you remove your car so we can clean the parking lot." So much for the luxurios $1600 a month rent with $500/mo electirc bills beacuse they management company is too cheap to replace the broken heating units that were not designed for a New England climate and cannot cannot manage the square footage they are used to heat.
