This is just bad work, only in the D. This would not be the case in Livonia. Come on Detroit lets get worker in there that care more about the work they do and less about the paycheck.

that's not a fix....that's a bandaid....fix it right!....The road was just repaved within the last 2 or 3 months

The reported pothole was found to be a utility cut out which has been made safe by City employees and REFERRED to Detroit Water and Sewerage for further investigation.
