- ISSUE: Water or sewer leak

- LOCATION: Creek area bounded by Hallmark Lane, Newell Drive and Granite Springs Way. Specific are of concern is between concrete walkway and backyard fence area behind Granite Springs Way -- just off of Newell Dr.

- DETAILS: Both the sudden large areas of newly growing grass and its growth pattern suggest a notable leak in the vicinity.
