Description
When going North on Harper from Crocker and you come to the light at the intersection of Harper and Wellington Crescent, there is a NO TURN ON RED. Why? The light is long and there is hardly any traffic. The No Turn On Red sign should be taken down so that when we can turn right on the the red light!!! ;)

Sometimes a 'no-turn-on-red' sign has to be placed because of concerns at the intersection. The concerns at this intersection are with the multiple pedestrians that travel through there. It is a year-round concern.
Personally, I appreciate the people walking and riding in the area and I can put up with the slight inconvenience of having to wait a few more seconds for a green light.
