Description
I am requesting speed bumps be added to this 25 mile an hour residential street. Many times a day cars (often without license plates) speed down the hill at least 40-50 miles an hour. Also bikes speed down the hill with no brakes only shoes on the pavement. It is dangerous. I cross that street to get to the side walk. Also there are seniors form the retirement apartments crossing with walkers and scooters.
