Please remind the construction workers/drivers working at the new Police Department Building that they have to follow the time that they are allowed to operate their vehicles. A few workers including one who was operating a united rentals boom lift was working before way BEFORE 7AM! They are not working at a business area but in a RESIDENTIAL AREA. The driver of the boom lift drove the vehicle out of the vacant lot (near the cul de sac) and parked the lift in front of 950 Antoinette and left it there. Also note that the driver parked the lift at a NO PARKING ZONE and INFRONT OF A FIRE HYDRANT.
