Is this tree and it's contents in piedmont?

I saw an Oakland Public Works crew looking at the area, but the big pile of debris is still in the street.

The tree and it's contents are in piedmont, on wildwood not grand

Paul, once again, the pile is in Oakland, not Piedmont, and this has been confirmed by both Piedmont and Oakland Public Works. The Oakland/Piedmont border goes through 16 Wildwood. The pile is front of 6 Wildwood. 6, 8, 10 and 12 Wildwood are in Oakland.

Paul, I'm also not sure if Tim means the pile on Wildwood (maybe there are two piles, i haven't seen the one on Grand.) But both locations are Oakland, Piedmont starts above Ace on Grand and after house #14 on Wildwood.

I did not realize that was an Oakland address. Why is the home owner not responsible for the mess?
