Description
This is to report a safety concern due to a rotten tree in Northcrest Park. It sits right next to our fence on the park territory. The tree looks unhealthy and half dead, rotten in the middle, looks like dead about halfway up(see the attached photo). The last windy day, it did not look safe for the family to be outside. Please have it cut down to prevent a safety incident when the next storm arrives. If you need access to my backyard, please let me know.
Thank you for taking care of the safety concern before it becomes a property damage or a loss of life incident. This is a family of 5, two children and one dog who when possible playing in the backyard.
Concerned Location: 16701 10th Ave NE Shoreline WA 98155
The tree is near our backyard by the fence.
Stay safe,
Jazz Villanueva

I’d like to learn more of what to expect on the action to resolve the issue. It looks like the woodpeckers had been slowly tortured and murdered this poor tree. There are multiple holes in the middle and I believe it’s hallow ready to fall at any windy moment.
