Spoke with the daughter and she has had the trees removed. The property is on a maintenance schedule with the landscape company and is listed with a realtor. The utilities are on.

Clearly you haven't looked at the property and have accepted the owner's response as truth. The complaint had to do with the appearance of the property: smashed in carport, paint peeling from the exterior, plants growing out of the roof, pool full of debris and no lights whatever around property at night. The owner does not have a landscape company maintenance schedule, nor is the property listed with a realtor since there is no evidence of it anywhere. There have been children on the property which is dangerous and it is a general eyesore to the neighborhood. PLEASE GO AND LOOK AT IT!

I have visited the property and the tree has been removed. The garage roof is damaged and I will bee contacting the homeowner again regarding the resolution of this issue.

THanks for looking into this matter. However, the property has not been listed and homeowner has not responded to any neighbor complaints. There are never any lights on and the darkness and debilitation of the property invites intruders.

The residence is now listed for sale with a realtor and the owner has been issued citations and has a court date. The matter is now in the hands of the Dunwooy Municipal Court
