Description

The new road markings on 55th Ave and MacArthur are confusing and unsafe. Going north, what is the purpose of the diagonally-crossed lane that is near the curb? I see cars driving on it. I assume it is supposed to be one-lane approaching Mills until the entrance, so most cars are in the left lane which is freeway-only. But that is not clear, and the green sign right before Mills is under the trees and partially faded. Some cars suddenly realize this and don't want to go on the freeway, so they illegally and dangerously go into the right lane. Going south on MacArthur it is one lane, with only a very short dotted line to get into the right lane to go on 55th Ave. Many cars start making the move much earlier. Not safe.
