There are a number of wooden poles which still after years have telcom wires on them even though they are next to concrete poles all along Mt Gap Rd.

Why hasn't the city made AT&T, Comcast, WOW and any other companies moved their lines off the old poles? This same problem is all over the city. A number of the poles are being held up to the newer poles by wire or rope to prevent them from falling over. The only way these companies will ever do the work is to have a financial penalty assessed them, otherwise why would they bother to do anything that costs them time and money?
