Description

Northbound Humboldt/Sacramento turns to one lane at the Bloomingdale trail due to construction. There are several barricades with light & a large light-up arrow sign to indicate the lane closure, but the lights are only working in the DAYTIME. These lights need to be replaced or reprogrammed to illuminate after dark so drivers get a fair warning of the lane closure. They've been in this state for weeks.
