Per Zoning Inspections: The property owner has tried to correct the parking issue but has not been successful. He is submitting plans to the city to obtain a permit to bring the front yard parking area up to code. No work can begin on the parking area till the City reviews and approves the plan. Once the zoning permit is issued the property own can start work on bringing the parking area surface up to code.
