Here's a picture from more than 24 hours ago, when I first put the "please shovel your sidewalks" hanger on their sign. Please file the complaint.

Just to show the clear contrast between a good neighbor (262 Studios) and a bad neighbor (the parking lot at 240 East 4th).

In case you're wondering, they still haven't done anything.

Thanks for coming in and clearing off the sidewalk. There were still some large sections of ice, but it was at least passable.
