Larch Avenue has not been paved in decades. The city patched the street several time but when winter comes, the patches go. Now there seems to be a sink hole starting in front of #2. This street is the only street in the area that has not been paved, This street also hosts many young families walking with their children, children on bikes and people just walking this neighborhood. I have asked numerous times to have it paved but only got patches.
