Description
Yesterday I reported an actual broken street light on First Colonial Road, right near 1201 Norwood Court. Today, my neighbor said the street light just south of the broken one, is also not working. So, there are two street light problems. One is broken, the other is not lighting. They asked me to submit another request b/c they're not good w/ computers. Thank you so much.
