Hey Neighbors, I’ve been irked by slow & non-response by city and learned St. Paul ended its contact with SeeClickFix a year ago! No one is getting our reports. Public Works says: ‘the best number to use to reach us is 651-266-9700. This number is answered live 24-7.... This line is the city’s “one call for all” for questions/complaints relating to the city’s municipal services.
DSI [Department of Safety & Inspections] staff at this number are trained to handle a host of questions from the public, and then refer to the appropriate city department.’
