Description

The top to the garage can doesn’t close properly at Paramount School Park, 10th Ave NE entrance. Crows strew the garbage constantly. Nearby residents are forced to clean up the mess. This is unacceptable. Parks has been notified repeatedly about this issue. The can needs to be repaired or replaced with a different design. Or removed altogether.
