This road is one giant pothole. It's becoming a real driver danger.

This is the worst road in Oakland County!! I have lived on it for 3 years and my car needs $1000 in repair. Full of giant potholes that will ruin your car

THIS ROAD IS TERRIBLE. FILLING IN THE CRACKS DOES NOTHING ITS WORSE THAN WHAT OCRC DID 2 YEARS AGO. THE POTHOLES ARE LARGER AND DEEPER.
I TOTALLY AGREE WITH MS. WALKER. TOO MANY CARS HAVE BEEN DAMAGED!!

There are several business' on Oakland, plus apartment buildings. The Doctors Hospital have an emergency clinic on Oakland Blvd.
The street is in very bad shape, potholes on top of potholes!

I've brought this up every year since I moved here five years ago. Only thing that happens is patches on patches on more patches. At least the dirt road has evenly spaced ruts, here one would attract the attention of the cops for all the weaving necessary to negotiate this small street.

North Oakland Boulevard is classified as a "sub-local road". According to RCOC policy, that means the only way it can be resurfaced is if the property owners along the road agree to tax themselves for the cost through a special assessment project. Unfortunately, that is the case for all sub-local roads across the county -- we simply do not have ANY funding available to pay for the resurfacing of sub-local roads.
