Can you guys SERIOUSLY not find this? IT is so obvious it is silly.

The graffiti is STILL THERE! From the SE corner of the intersection, walk East, then turn around and look West and you'll see it all over the bridge face.

East end of culvert/bridge just East of intersection - gang graffiti
