Description

The amount of illegal vending has increased EXPONENTIALLY this weekend. How is this possible? Why are these illegal vendors NOT being fined. There are tons of business owners in Oakland that had to go through all the proper channels outlined by the City of Oakland to be licenses and have a sellers permit YET most of these vendors DO NOT!
How are they not fined?

In the height of pandemic, most of the vendors are not wearing masks, gloves or have the proper PPE to avoid contracting and spreading the virus. I thought there were ambassadors to go around ensuring people were wearing masks? Where are they?

Why aren't these vendors being removed from the Lake for servicing people without a license or proper protection?
Some of these vendors are serving alcohol right infant of OPD cars parked in the middle dividers and not doing anything at all!

What is the point of all these "PLANS" you guys keep making that are not being upheld AT ALL! You are putting the community at risk for further infection and you are making it ok for illegal activity to continue on the Lake with no consequences!
