I will contact Waste Industries today and I will also send letter to property owner regarding issue.

Thank You and I am the owner. Waste Industries is still not picking up the garbage but I did receive the code violation for tall grass. I hope my neighbors correct the issue as well.

I continue to contact them via email with no response. They did pick it up one week after I called them and had to sit on hold for 30 minutes. Does the City allow citizens to switch after some period of non-performance?
