Description
There is a lot of speeders on Route 13 and I580 near High St and MacArthur St exits in both directions. Every time I go on 13 or 580 there are are at a minimum 2-3 cars going between 90 to over 110 mph. This morning (June 29th) heading on Route 13 South a late model Mustang blew past me doing at least 120 mph. Almost hit a slow car in the left lane before swerving and hitting the gas again as he headed to the 580 junction. This is really becoming a normal occurrence. If highway patrol or OPD won't give out speeding tickets they are asking for a really bad accident soon.
