Construction company working on this project has still not completed work - even though they are never seen in the area. Lots of work left undone, equipment and mounds of dirt and rock still left. Road badly patched making road rough driving. RCS Construction had to bust up most of their paving since it did not meet requirements. Patch jobs are poor.
