The person who lives here is spraying graffiti all over their own fence. If you wash it off, the tenants put it back. I support black life matters and ending racism, but this is hurting our property values. There is a house for sale two doors down and people flee from it. The tenants also have about seven pit bulls. They are breeding them. Their are small children in this house and one of them is eventually going to get mauled. Their is a small child living next door to this house. I personally have been charged at by these animals: they bark all night and are left in the front porch and allowed to run freely. Can you ask them to be a good neighbor, please. The tenant is the owner of the houses daughter.
