Description

Sidewalk has Large bumps and cracks from tree roots , ( tripping Hazzard , My mother tripped and fell ... ) Also after rain, large puddle forms and pedestrians walk in street to avoid . Spoke to one of the construction workers and was told to contact Jay and the Salem engineering dept . Thank you for your time in rectifying this Hazzard ..
