Description

Building needs more parking for building residence, even those with parking permits. Not enough stalls made for large apt building. 8 stalls and 11 apts units. Parking is horrible on the street as well. Parking on sidewalks are the only areas to park. I do not feel safe parking blocks away and walking at night alone. Residence often block each other in because there is no where to park. No help from oakland housing authority. Some pay $100 a month to park in new lot next door. Why was this option not given to everyone.
