Major Rat infestation on this property. Rats can be spotted throughout day time which is unusual, and and range in size from medium to large. On average, have seen 3-5 daily without really aggressively looking. Rampant activity especially near the side/back entrance of house. Rats seem to be going from food source ( maybe trash bins) directly into house (basement, cracks/holes in walls outside). Health concern for tenants and code violation.
