Description

This is the second time that the landlord dumps the pool water into the grass in the back yard and my yard is flooded, and I really don't know whether to build a deck around the pool that is too high and they can see into back yards of my 3 neighbors around that house and my backyard violates my privacy and theirs I would only like the city to confirm that thanks
