Description

Traffic signal on the exit ramps of I-20 to Blvd needs to be set further back into the ramps so vehicles are not encouraged to make right turns during a red light (which is already noted by traffic signage). People are ALWAYS making right turns on two right lanes of the exit ramps from I-20 westbound to Blvd.- especially in the morning and even during red light.
