Pembroke Pines assigned this issue to Code Compliance Ofc J Luque

This is not new. This is repeated over and over. I dont understand how this is allowed. Whoever is doing it must know someone who looks the other way. Because it doesnt seem to stop????? People cant even walk on the sidewalk. It just sits there for weeks. It probably has rusted nails sticking out. Not to mention rodents living in it by now. Someone in code do something to stop this permantely please!!!!!!

The community on the east side of Pembroke pines needs to get more involved in there local government and not look the other way when you see violations. It is how you keep the property values up as well and makes it a desirable place to live. The city leaders are elected in, so if you are not happy try someone new in the next election.
